By accessing or using the PartyPro application ("App"), website, or services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PartyPro is a digital marketplace platform that connects clients seeking party and event services with service providers in the Laredo, TX and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas area. Our platform facilitates:

• Service discovery and booking
• Secure payment processing
• Rating and review systems
• Communication between parties
• Business management tools for providers

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Types

• Clients: Individuals or businesses seeking services
• Service Providers: Businesses or individuals offering party services
• Administrators: PartyPro personnel with management access

4. Service Provider Terms

4.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to provide services in your area
• Must maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance
• Must provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
• Must comply with local laws and regulations

4.2 Service Standards

• Provide services as described and agreed upon
• Maintain professional conduct and quality
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor confirmed bookings unless extraordinary circumstances arise

5. Client Terms

5.1 Booking Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and requirements
• Make payments as scheduled
• Communicate changes or issues promptly
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors
• Deposits may be required for bookings
• Cancellation policies vary by provider and are clearly stated
• Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

6. Payments and Financial Terms

6.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems
• PartyPro acts as a payment facilitator
• Fees are disclosed before transaction completion
• Receipts and invoices are provided electronically

6.2 Refunds and Disputes

• Refund policies are determined by individual service providers
• PartyPro may mediate disputes between parties
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension
• Final dispute resolution may require arbitration

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Circumvent the platform for direct payments
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in discriminatory practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or compromise system security

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant PartyPro license to use content for platform operations
• You represent that content does not violate third-party rights
• PartyPro may remove content that violates these terms

8.2 PartyPro Intellectual Property

• PartyPro owns all platform technology and trademarks
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Limited license granted for personal use of the platform

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• PartyPro is a platform connecting parties; we do not provide services directly
• We do not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes
• Service providers are independent contractors, not employees
• Users interact at their own risk

10.2 Limitation of Liability

PartyPro's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartyPro from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your services or interactions with other users

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Users

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Outstanding obligations must be fulfilled
• Some data may be retained as required by law

12.2 Termination by PartyPro

• We may terminate accounts for terms violations
• We may suspend service for investigation
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

• Initial disputes should be addressed through our support system
• Unresolved disputes may proceed to binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits are waived
• Venue for any legal proceedings is Webb County, Texas

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through:

• Website announcements

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Severability
